WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Provides support to clients by answering queries and concerns, and then escalating them to proper channels
• Shows positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Addresses issues and concerns experienced by clients through the LTO offices
• Resolves errors and issues using established SOPs
• Maintains accurate logs of concerns, complaints and inquiries, making sure that every concern is resolved
• Coordinates with clients to escalate and resolve client concerns
• Confirms attendance on client engagements, events and sessions
• Keeps and updates a record of the contact details of clients
• Maintains an updated Database for Client List and other External Team Stakeholders
• Generates reports routinely and as needed
• Performs duties and responsibilities relating to business operations and client concerns
• Posts advisories on system bulletin and other communication channels
• Performs related tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time
• Produce quality outputs and satisfy service level agreements with internal and external customers
• Lives out the Vision, Mission and Values of the organization
• Adheres to the company rules/regulations, policies, code of conduct/employee handbook, standard operating procedures, work instructions and protocols

WHAT'S EXPECTED FROM YOU:

• Graduate of any course -Open to hiring undergraduates provided with at least 2 years of Customer Service Experience (Inbound)
• Open to fresh graduates
• Work or OJT experience in Customer Service is an advantage
• Intermediate knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel
• Intermediate proficiency level in both English and Tagalog verbal and written communication
