Objectives of this role:
Handle inbound and outbound messages and calls in a timely manner
Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of the company’s products and services to communicate.
Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions
Maintain ownership of the communication throughout the life cycle of customer’s request, including follow-ups with escalation team
Recommend improvements for systems and processes to boost organizational efficiency
Responsibilities:
Understand customer’s need for Airbnb and services, and refer to them during calls
Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all questions, cancellations, and confirmations are handled appropriately
Identify opportunities for driving sales of the company’s existing business and seize opportunities to upsell when appropriate
Meet daily targets for yourself and your team, and achieve all objectives for service, productivity, and quality
Leverage data and insights to recommend and influence process improvements
Required skills and qualifications:
College degree or equivalent
Experience working in a call center or customer-support role is ideal
Strong active-listening, texting and verbal-communication skills
Proficiency in English and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Preferred skills and qualifications:
Expertise in conflict resolution
Experience in customer sales
Salary: $18,000 Peso per month plus bonus.
Work time: Two shift 9am-9pm or 9pm-9am. One day off each week. Once week holiday with salary per year.
Location: can work from home or in the office.
