About the role
As a Customer Retention Specialist at Probe CX, you will play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. Working in our call centre based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and implementing strategies to retain and grow our customer base.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound customer service calls with empathy, professionalism and efficiency
- Identifying at-risk customers and implementing tailored retention strategies to keep them engaged
- Resolving customer complaints and queries in a timely and effective manner
- Upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services to increase customer lifetime value
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or FinTech environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a positive customer experience
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries
- Proficiency in using various customer service software and tools
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service and meeting performance targets
- Fluency in English and Filipino, both written and spoken
