Customer Relations Services Supervisor - Security (SM City Bacolod)

Responsible for assisting the CRS Manager in the over-all supervision of personnel assigned to his section.

• Leads CRS Representatives in conducting searches/inspection within the designated area before and after the store hours in any given time, if warranted.
• Attends to customer concerns related to security matters.
• Assists in ensuring compliance to established security procedures and makes recommendations as to its review and/or continued implementation.

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate of any four-year course

Experience Requirements:

• With at least 1-3 years of experience in security operations
• Has knowledge in safety and security policies and procedures, investigation, reporting, and customer handling.

Work Location:

• Candidates must be willing to be assigned in SM City Bacolod
