To achieve our mission, we need a Multimedia Artist. This candidate will have high-level skills and mastery of graphic imaging technologies to produce creative materials. The role is needed to produce assets with a particular focus on, but not limited to, static, digital, and dynamic materials. There will also be a need to oversee the production work of creative materials executed in print, video, and 3-D displays for events and company merchandising materials.

Responsibilities:
• The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work on creative content executions for Talent Acquisition and occasionally be involved with other departments and their campaigns.
• Creative key visuals for minor to major recruitment and marketing campaigns.
• Ideation, design, and production of static and dynamic materials that would make use of knowledge of design fundamentals (balance, typography, colors, creativity), technical skills (vector illustration, image manipulation, video editing, etc.), and knowledge of varied and emerging digital platforms (TikTok, IG, etc.) as well as a keen understanding of 3-D material properties for trade show displays and corporate giveaways.
• Engagement with the team for briefings, alignments, brainstorming, and presentations
• Creative proposal materials/supplements using design and video editing software.
• Other brand assets like logos, brand guides, templates, etc.
• Involvement in production and other departments (i.e., overseeing/attending pre- and post-prod meetings, joining photo/video shoots, supervising print production teams, etc.)
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications:
• Must be a graduate of Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, Information Design, Visual Communication, or any related course.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a corporate setting working in a team.
• Must have 2 years’ experience in design, video editing, and social media creation for Meta, IG, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Premier, Photoshop, and InDesign as well as understanding editing software.
• Can shoot stills and video using a mobile phone, or digital camera.
• Has a keen eye for detail.
• Able to visualize.
• Hardworking (willing to render overtime when necessary)

• Has good work ethics and integrity
