The Role: Customer Insights Analyst
The Team: You will be part of a team that manages the voice of the customer (VOC) program, conducts customer research, and develops end-to-end customer journey maps. As a Customer Insights Analyst at S&P Global, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data to uncover insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance the overall customer experience. The Role: Customer Insights Analyst
The Team: You will be part of a team that manages the voice of the customer (VOC) program, conducts customer research, and develops end-to-end customer journey maps. As a Customer Insights Analyst at S&P Global, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data to uncover insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance the overall customer experience. You will collaborate with various teams to interpret data trends, develop actionable recommendations, and support the organization in understanding customer needs and behaviors.
The Impact And Responsibilities
- Analyze customer data from various sources, including surveys, transaction data, and feedback platforms, to identify trends and insights.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders across the organization.
- Manage Voice of the Customer research programs (NPS, transactional surveys, panel studies, market share/propensity to pay studies, etc.)
- Produce customer segmentation and lifetime value analysis, which helps to prioritize and focus account strategies, product roadmaps, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark customer experience against industry standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in customer insights, data analysis, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Power Bi, Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
