Job Responsibilities

  • Assists customers’ journey in using digital channels via face to face digital user assistance or education
  • Attends to sales and service needs of customers
  • Approves and processes sales and services applications and transactions in the system
  • Processes payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions


Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder (Graduate)
  • Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer-facing role;
  • Willing to work in a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays;
  • Basic technical proficiency (e.g., CRM tools, POS systems, or online platforms);
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills;
  • Proficiency in problem solving
  • Manpower backfill/Replacement
