- Develops yearly strategic plans for the assigned territory while managing the overall achievement of sales objectives and acts as a point of contact between United Health Group and distributors
- Manages the total order to cash cycle for the business units sold thru their assigned geographic and/or customer accountabilities.
- Establishes strategic relationships with identified key accounts and different customer organizations such as third party agencies
- Conceptualizes projects to grow long term business and to maximize mutual business opportunities
- Cascades, evaluates and monitors the implementation of all sales and marketing activities, product availability and saturation, visibility standards, and other initiatives for various brands
- Conduct business reviews, monthly alignment meetings and conceptualize projects to grow long-term business and maximize mutual business opportunities
- Optimizes allocation of business resources such as promotional support, trade investment, returns, and manpower
- With 3-7 years of work experience on Key Account Management in a Fast Moving Consumer Good (FMCG) set-up
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or any related course
- Has strong key account management, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Is highly analytical, data-driven, and self-directed
- With excellent interpersonal skills
