Job Description

Rockwell Automation is hiring!

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist (Order Management) to be based in our Vietnam or Philippines office. This role focus on order processing, credits & returns for our customers.

You will report to customer care manager based in Singapore.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle Order Management/Credit and Returns for SEA region.
• Work with several internal team to follow up on the status
• Provide updates to customers / distributors
• Work with internal BUs to provide a satisfactory service to our customers
• Raise feedback and process improvements along the way to increase efficiencies and effectiveness
  
  

The Essentials - You Will Have

• Bachelor's degree in business or any related field OR Diploma holders with more than 3 years of relevant experience.
• You have Experience in order processing related responsibilities
• You will have Experience in MFG Pro & SAP will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with an interest in supply chain and customer service are welcome to apply.
  
  

The Preferred - You Might Also Have

• Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests
• You can Demonstrate a Customer Service mindset and have good follow-up actions
• You are Comfortable in dealing with clients and partners by email and phone
• Behavior Analysis: Identify patterns that predict problems
• Outreach: Contact customers before they experience issues
• Personalized Solutions: Tailor responses according to case.
