We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist (Order Management) to be based in our Vietnam or Philippines office. This role focus on order processing, credits & returns for our customers.
You will report to customer care manager based in Singapore.
Your Responsibilities
Rockwell Automation’s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist (Order Management) to be based in our Vietnam or Philippines office. This role focus on order processing, credits & returns for our customers.
You will report to customer care manager based in Singapore.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle Order Management/Credit and Returns for SEA region.
- Work with several internal team to follow up on the status
- Provide updates to customers / distributors
- Work with internal BUs to provide a satisfactory service to our customers
- Raise feedback and process improvements along the way to increase efficiencies and effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree in business or any related field OR Diploma holders with more than 3 years of relevant experience.
- You have Experience in order processing related responsibilities
- You will have Experience in MFG Pro & SAP will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with an interest in supply chain and customer service are welcome to apply.
- Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests
- You can Demonstrate a Customer Service mindset and have good follow-up actions
- You are Comfortable in dealing with clients and partners by email and phone
- Behavior Analysis: Identify patterns that predict problems
- Outreach: Contact customers before they experience issues
- Personalized Solutions: Tailor responses according to case.
