Join the dynamic team as a Customer Care Representative - Non-Voice Account Offer. In this full-time role based in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through non-voice communication channels such as email, chat, and social media.
What you'll be doing
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via email, chat, and social media
Provide accurate information and resolution to customer issues in a courteous and empathetic manner
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure accurate documentation of all activities
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements to processes and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Proficient in using various communication platforms and digital tools
Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or customer-facing role
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
