Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer emails and a high volume of phone calls in a courteous, professional manner.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, complaints, and claims.
- Assist in reviewing and preparing responses for credit card chargebacks and regulatory complaints.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and case resolutions.
- Utilize excellent dispute resolution skills to de-escalate and solve customer concerns.
- Remain on Zoom (video and voice) throughout the entire shift for team collaboration and supervision.
- Multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English with a very neutral accent.
- Strong dispute resolution and conflict management skills.
- Professional and courteous phone manner.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using email platforms, CRM tools, and other computer applications.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Must be comfortable being on camera and mic via Zoom throughout shift hours
