The Role: The Executor of Our Vision
We are seeking a world-class Director of Operations to be the driving force behind our company's execution. While the company's senior leadership sets the strategic vision, you are the executive who makes that vision a reality. Your mission is to own the business's operating system, drive accountability across the team, and ensure every part of the company is executing in sync and with excellence.
You are the master of process, the owner of the plan, and the hub that connects strategy to daily results. If you find deep satisfaction in building scalable systems, bringing order to complexity, and leading a team to flawlessly deliver on its goals, this role is for you.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Operational Leadership: Own the translation of our strategic plan into a concrete, actionable operational plan. You will establish the cadence, KPIs, and reporting to ensure the entire company is moving in the right direction.
System & Process Ownership: Design, implement, and continuously optimize the core systems and processes that run the business. You will be responsible for our project management, communication, and reporting frameworks (e.g., Asana, Teams, Google Workspace).
Accountability & Performance: Drive a culture of accountability and execution. You will lead the process of tracking team commitments, removing blockers, and ensuring that projects and goals are completed on time and to a high standard.
Cross-Functional Execution: Serve as the key operational leader who ensures all functions of the business are integrated and working together effectively. You will be the central point of contact for resolving cross-functional issues.
Team Enablement: Oversee critical operational functions, including resource planning and the tactical execution of onboarding, to ensure every team member is set up for success and can perform their job effectively.
Who You Are (Qualifications & Attributes)
A Proven Operator: You have 7+ years of proven experience in an operations leadership role (e.g., Director of Operations, Head of Operations), with a track record of translating strategy into tangible results in a high-growth environment.
A Systems Thinker: You are an expert at creating and scaling operational systems. You think in terms of process and have experience implementing frameworks for project management and accountability.
Decisive & Accountable: You are not afraid to make tough decisions, hold people accountable for their commitments, and protect the company’s focus. You bring order and clarity to any situation.
An Exceptional Communicator: You communicate with precision and clarity. You are skilled at managing stakeholders, aligning teams, and operating effectively in a remote, cross-cultural environment.
Resourceful & Proactive: You are a natural problem-solver who takes ownership. You don’t wait for instructions; you identify challenges and build the solutions to overcome them.
Calm and Methodical: You exhibit grace under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing complex projects and competing priorities with a steady hand.
