Our client is an established electrical services company specializing in appliances and electronics solutions. Why this role exists
We're seeking a CRM Project Coordinator to centralize project management and communication operations currently handled by field staff. This role will serve as the central point for managing incoming project requests across multiple channels while maintaining organized documentation. The position addresses the need for secure and efficient handling of communications while ensuring smooth coordination between field staff and internal systems.

The Impact you’ll make

Project Management

  • Organize and track projects using ClickUp

  • Enter and maintain project information

  • Update project schedules and information

  • Monitor project timelines and updates


Communication Management

  • Manage calls, emails, and texts effectively

  • Process and route communications to appropriate team members

  • Manage Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 communications

  • Coordinate through RingCentral platform


Data Entry & System Management

  • Update QuickBooks with project information

  • Maintain accurate project records

  • Ensure data consistency across platforms

  • Document communication trails


Communication Coordination

  • Handle incoming project requests from multiple channels

  • Route and organize communications appropriately

  • Manage delegated email access securely

  • Maintain organized communication systems



Measure of Success

  • Successfully manage incoming project communications without delays

  • Maintain updated and accurate project information in ClickUp

  • Achieve efficient coordination between field staff and systems



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

  • Proven experience with ClickUp for project management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office 365

  • Strong data entry and system management skills

  • Experience in handling multiple communication channels

  • Nice-to-have: Experience with Acumatica or similar software for data entry

  • WFH Set-Up:

    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.

    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam

    • Back-up computer and internet connection

    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...


Work Setup:

  • Remote position

  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

  • Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system


Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 1 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)

  • 20 hours a week


Compensation:

  • $7 per hour

  • No benefits package included
