CRM Campaign Manager

The CRM Campaign Manager is responsible for developing and implementing CRM/EBM campaigns for the bank, collaborating with various BPI functional groups to drive customer profitability and retention. They will review and build CRM/EBM programs based on data and predictive analytics to anticipate customer behavior and lifetime value.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop campaigns to generate incremental revenues, increased customer profitability, and retention.
• Formulate campaigns to achieve these goals while maintaining optimal cost-to-revenue ratios.
• Use insights to plan campaigns and ensure requirements are supported prior to execution.
• Define and update programs across the lifecycle, preparing briefs, mechanics, and business cases, and seeking approval.
• Collaborate with CI, SPC, CRM team, and other key groups to develop campaigns, resolve issues, and define clear recommendations and communication plans.
• Develop competency through training and knowledge sharing.
• Act as a resource for select ad hoc and/or strategic projects.
• Create data extensions and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Train bots, analyze reports and dashboards, and access reports to improve BPI bot performance in Salesforce.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-3 years of experience in Marketing/CRM.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing plans based on consumer insights.
• Knowledgeable in customer journey design and jobs to be done.
• Knowledgeable in marketing and customer engagement technologies.
