CREDIT OFFICER

The Credit Officer is primarily responsible for evaluation and rendering decisions on new applications for Credit Card and Personal Loan as well as requests for Increase in Credit Limit in compliance with the approved credit policies and guidelines on granting a facility. The position is also responsible for completion of audit requirements and coordination with the appropriate recipients, process reengineer to meet the SLA, budget management and compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four (4) year business related course
• Background in credit evaluation and operations
• Strong analytical skills
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in credit and/or fraud management and/or process risk quality management in a retail bank
• With prior experience/exposure in audit and vendor functions
• Ability to establish and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong people management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and any credit or fraud systems
