Lennor Group is looking for a creative and social media-savvy Marketing Intern who is passionate about content creation and digital storytelling. This internship offers hands-on experience in producing engaging video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and podcast formats. You’ll gain exposure to brand marketing strategies while developing content that resonates with a modern audience.
As part of our dynamic marketing team, you’ll help bring our brand to life through short-form videos and support the execution of creative campaigns across social channels.

Your Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and creating short-form video content
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for casual, authentic content
- Help film and edit reels, TikToks, and podcast clips
- Brainstorm content ideas that align with our brand and audience
- Support with basic video editing and scheduling posts
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or any related field
- Experience with TikTok and Reels content (either personal or brand-related)
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
- Comfortable in front of the camera
- Creative, proactive, and up-to-date with social trends
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Willing to report onsite 2x per week in BGC, Taguig
