Creative Training Coach (Remote)

Love helping people grow while flexing your own creative skills? We’re looking for a Creative Training Coach to inspire and upskill our team of virtual assistants in creative roles. If coaching, creating, and seeing people thrive excites you, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build training programs that teach creative skills and prepare VAs for client-facing work.
• Lead virtual sessions that are engaging, interactive, and inspiring.
• Train the team in Social Media, Email Marketing, Graphic Design, and other creative areas.
• Guide new hires, evaluate skills, and help them deliver quality work.
• Run one-on-one and group coaching sessions to build confidence and improve performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify skills gaps, create learning paths, and track progress.
• Create and update training resources, decks, and modules that are practical and current.
  
  

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of training or coaching experience (virtual experience is a plus).
• 1–2 years of VA experience, ideally in creative, marketing, or eCommerce roles.
• Hands-on experience in at least 2–3 areas: Social Media, Email Marketing, Graphic Design.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Passion for creativity, learning, and helping others grow.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with Gmail, Slack, Google Workspace, and similar tools.
