Your Impact: What You’ll Do:

• Crafting Compelling Multimedia Designs Conceptualize and produce innovative multimedia content that captivates audiences and drives engagement across various platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive and impactful output aligned with brand and business objectives
• Strategic Design Development Collaborate in the development and execution of design assets to support marketing campaigns
• Quality Assurance Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure the accuracy and consistency of all published multimedia materials
• Timely Delivery of Projects Ensure that all multimedia projects are completed on time and while maintaining brand standards.
• Effective Stakeholder Management Collaborate and negotiate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to align project objectives and expectations
  
  
  

Key Skills

• Creative Vision and Technical Proficiency Ability to ideate, conceptualize, and execute innovative multimedia designs that engage and inspire; by showcasing expertise using multimedia software and tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with project management tools used for day-to-day tasks is preferred
• An Independent Worker with a Collaborative Spirit A proactive self-starter with proven ability to work effectively within a team and across departments to achieve shared goals
• Strategic and Problem-Solving Mindset Understanding of marketing principles, creative strategy, and ability to identify and resolve design issues by developing multimedia content that support business goals
• Detail-Oriented Commitment to quality assurance and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of multimedia production
• Effective Communication Ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts, both visually and verbally
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For: Skills & Experience

• Any 4 Years Design Course
• Minimum 3 Years experience in Design
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Good Communication
