Job Description
Creative Leads are the group creative directors of Globe's in-house Creative Dev department, under the Marketing Communications team.
As a Creative Lead, you will be one of the heads of your own group of creatives, with your own assignment of brands ranging from Masterbrand, B2C, B2B, and internal comms. You will be leading the collaboration with strategic, media, brand, and internal teams to strategize, integrate, ideate, execute, and deliver campaigns and requirements - both thematic and tactical.
You will lead and govern the creative output - crafting ideas and refining executions, while guiding and mentoring the creative talent, expanding its creative competencies and efficiencies, and overseeing the admin requirements of your team.
What You’ll Do
As a Creative Lead, you'll be one of the heads of your own group of creatives, with your own assignment of brands ranging from Masterbrand, B2C, B2B, and internal comms, with requirements both thematic and tactical in nature.
You will lead and govern the creative strategy, ideas, and output - crafting ideas and refining executions, while guiding and mentoring the creative talent, growing its competencies and efficiencies, and overseeing the admin requirements of your team.
You are a creative storyteller with a high standard of taste for design and/or copy, a strategic thinker and skilled creative director, giving expert direction to ideas that go beyond the expected, and making sure creatives are both excellent and effective - this means we align it to Globe's creative philosophy and that campaigns are customer-first, best-practice, and are inspired by data.
You have a consumer-centric mindset, comfortable in translating consumer insights into best-practice executions that ensure positive engagement and performance results , with an eye for integration and creative opportunity.
And you are an organized and prolific creative leader - able to handle multiple tasks from creative development, people management, and administrative action - who remains calm, empathetic, diplomatic, and agile under pressure.

- Leading and developing integrated campaigns and activations (from online to offline, and across Globe's paid and owned channels) as the lead creative spokesperson to your team’s brands and assignments
- Leading and mentoring a team of multimedia artists, copywriters, creative strategists and specialists, while safeguarding their creative output to be on-brief, fresh, effective, and well-crafted
- Collaborating with Marcomm teammates and stakeholders in supporting creative requests, while managing the work traffic and delivery efficiently, and effectively achieving the campaign objectives
- Translate creative briefs and consumer insights into creative strategies, concepts and executions
- Help shape your brand’s identities and messaging across all platforms, making sure creatives are optimized for best-practice executions in specific platforms
- Work with fellow Creative Leads in driving the direction and culture of Creative Dev as a one-of-a-kind creative space, helping the team’s engagement and training, people management, and organizing its administrative requirements
- Deliver on shared corporate financial targets of the business
- Consistently improving brand strength and audience penetration, BLI, and vector attributes
- Consistently improving creative efficiencies through process improvement and automation tools.
- Consistently improving creative scores in platform and channel effectiveness
- Deliver on shared targets that engage customers from offline to online
- Consistently improving individual and team creative skills, capabilities, and collaboration scores/feedback
- Best-in-class creative strategies, campaigns, and executions that ensure effectiveness in achieving the project objectives
- Strong and clearly-defined brand, visual, and creative identities and integrated customer-centric messaging
- Agile and efficient delivery of creative requirements
- Organized, well-managed, well-resourced, and healthy creative team
