About the Role:
The Creative Lead is responsible for guiding the execution and creative direction of campaigns across multiple platforms. This role ensures that ideas are transformed into compelling, high-quality outputs that resonate with audiences, while managing collaboration between creators, designers, and social teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions, turning strategies into compelling creative concepts.
- Oversee execution of campaign ideas across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and Spotify.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and content creators to ensure high-quality creative outputs.
- Maintain consistency of brand narratives across all platforms and markets.
- Supervise day-to-day creative production and ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Mentor and guide creative team members to push innovative storytelling.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in creative direction, campaign development, or digital content production.
- Strong portfolio of executed campaigns across social platforms.
- Exceptional creative judgment and ability to inspire teams.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creators, designers, and brand teams.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
