Creative is a strategic priority for Google, and this role involves working in Google's "Creative Works" team. As a Creative Development Lead, you will work across advertiser brand management teams and creative and media agencies in the Philippines and Southeast Asia, transferring our creative intelligence into the ecosystem so that our partners can build the most impactful creative assets and approaches possible.
In this team, you will leverage your entrepreneurial drive to aim, educate and persuade customers to embrace Google's latest creative solution and technologies. You will be a key partner in driving creative strategy and innovation, using your industry expertise to influence and educate clients on the latest advertising products and technologies. You will also collaborate with internal Google teams to develop new solutions and insights for our partners.

Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience within the creative agency landscape working across both traditional and digital campaigns for consumer brands.
- Experience with offline creative development with video/static production teams and media planning/measurement.
- Knowledge of Google's advertising platforms and their creative capabilities.
- Understanding of the advertising and marketing space, with an established industry presence.
- Understanding of the creative development process, digital design, and UX.
- Understand Generative AI and its application in creative workflows with the ability to work with data, glean insights, and build a narrative that drives product adoption and thought leadership.
- Ability to craft and execute digital marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to lead executive-level relationships and inspire audiences.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic creative partner for advertisers and agencies in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. Provide high-level consultation to inspire the development of effective, platform-specific creative work across video, mobile, and display formats.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key agencies and advertisers. Lead workshops and training sessions to educate partners on Google's creative platforms.
- Manage a portfolio of partners, guiding them to test and experiment with new creative assets and strategies on Google's platforms.
- Identify opportunities and lead the development of creative strategies that integrate Generative AI into workflows and campaign development. Educate stakeholders on the capabilities and best practices of using AI and creative tools to enhance advertising campaigns.
- Oversee the development and execution of end-to-end creative solutions, working with internal teams to leverage deep consumer insights.
