Creative Designer (Hybrid Schedule)

JOB SUMMARY:

Produces creative layouts and designs to effectively communicate People Strategy Campaigns to the Organization.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Translates project objectives into creative layout and design execution.
2. Ensures up-to-date knowledge on trends and familiarity of emerging technologies that aligns with product brands and services.
3. Takes a proactive role in learning new market trends, competitors’ strategies and creative outputs.
4. Incorporates design trends into different platforms to produce customised projects.
5. Evaluates existing designs and suggests improvements.
6. Ensures that the expected outputs are achieved within the given deadline.
7. Promotes excellence in communication and presentation of ideas and concepts.
8. Secures and maintains company designs and equipments.
9. Reinforces confidentiality and security of files and database.
10. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia or any four-year related course.
• With at least 1 year of experience in Graphic Design, Branding, Photography Video Editing and Graphic Motion.
• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other Adobe creative program.
