Creative Designer for Awesome CX by Transcom Davao

We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Creative Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in email ad design and video editing and will be able to support a wide range of creative tasks, including email marketing, website design, landing pages, and social media content. A keen eye for packaging design, creative strategy, and branding is also crucial for this role.

• Email Ad Design: Create engaging and visually impactful email ads for marketing campaigns.
• Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality video content for various marketing needs, including ads and social media.
• Email Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to design visually appealing email templates and content.
• Website and Landing Page Design: Design and enhance websites and landing pages with a focus on user experience and brand consistency.
• Social Media and Creative Content: Develop creative assets for social media platforms to align with brand strategy and audience engagement.
• Packaging Design: Create packaging designs that align with brand identity and product goals. Collaborative Work:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with marketing strategies and objectives.

Priority Skills:

• Solid experience in Email Ad Design and Video Editing.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of email marketing design best practices.
• Experience in designing websites and landing pages with a focus on conversion optimization.
• Ability to create eye-catching and effective content for social media.
• Strong sense of creative direction for packaging design.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

• 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing email ad designs, video edits, website designs, social media assets, and packaging designs.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
