To work with the Head of Creative, as a Digital Creative Designer, to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns and projects. You will be responsible for conceptualising and producing engaging digital content that resonates with our target audience while maintaining brand consistency. Your role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing creative resources, and staying updated with industry trends to drive innovative digital ideas.

What are we looking for?
Skills Required
- Approximately 3 years of experience in Digital Content creative
- Strong typographic skills, with a solid understanding of negative space and layout in design
- Confident in resizing artwork during production
- Capable of producing video content for social media and TVCs
- Experienced social content creator (across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms)
- Able to take a concept developed by the Head of Creative and adapt it across various formats and sizes
- Sound knowledge of Adobe CS Suite and video editing software (After Effect and more)
- Sound knowledge of graphic design, editing and video production.
- Previous experience within retail and/or FMCG industry or working at an advertising agency
- Understanding of website UX and usability design principles
- Understanding of print production

Your role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing creative resources, and staying updated with industry trends to drive innovative digital ideas.
- Obtain competitive quote and provide input to ensure the business is getting the best value from our suppliers.
- Provide support to the Head of Creative and participate in the research, analysis, reporting, and/or contract negotiation to improve our operational efficiency, when required.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated campaigns and activities that help to build our client's credibility in community and planet.
- Develop and execute holistic creative ideas across catalogue, digital, website, POS, OOH, eDM and PR, etc for:
- Integrated Brand campaigns
- Marketing and/or PR activation campaigns
- Local Marketing Activities
- Develop and execute instore POS solutions.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with the company's brand identity, target audience, and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the team to produce compelling and engaging content such as articles, videos, infographics, social media posts, and more.
- Manage and optimize content across various digital channels, including the company website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other relevant platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
