The Training Supervisor for Collections is responsible for managing and leading the training function within the collections department. This includes developing, delivering, and improving training programs that support new hires, tenured agents, and leadership in achieving compliance, performance, and customer service standards.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
Supervise and Lead Training Team:
Manage a team of trainers, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and development plans.
Training Program Management
Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable training programs for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Content Development Oversight
Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure high-quality learning materials, including videos, webinars, guides, and certifications.
Deliver internal training courses based on corporate training materials
Facilitate the transition of new hires from training to production and ensure competency levels are met.
Develop training curriculum, aids, and materials to enhance knowledge of business practices.
Skills And Qualifications
2 years of experience in training or learning & development, with at least 6 months supervisory or leadership role.
Preferably from BPO, Fintech, Sales, Telco and/or bank industry.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a training team.
Proficient in learning management systems (LMS), Google Suite/Microsoft Office, and call center tools.
