Job Description
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the country-specific business strategy aligned with global objectives, with a focus on sales growth, market penetration, and profitability.
- Sales and Business Development: Lead sales initiatives targeting food service accounts, modern trade, and trading channels. Establish strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners to maximize sales opportunities and long-term partnerships.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance functions, to ensure efficient business practices and seamless customer experience.
- Financial Performance: Monitor and manage the P&L for the country, ensuring financial targets are met. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential challenges in the food service and modern trade sectors.
- Experience: At least 10 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or management roles within the food service industry, with a strong track record in food service and retail accounts.
- Sales Acumen: In-depth understanding of sales and distribution channels, especially within the food service and retail
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and customer needs.
- Handling frozen goods is a PLUS
