Cost Analyst

Cost Analyst

Evaluates and interprets financial statements to determine manufacturing costs. analyzes and reviews complex financial statements. analyzes cost impact of manufacturing changes (e.g., design, materials, labor, or manufacturing methods).

About The Job

• Analyzes financials and manufacturing data to calculate the manufacturing costs of products.
• Records cost information and reviews audit reports pertaining to cost.
• Prepares reports comparing projected manufacturing costs vs actual manufacturing costs; recommends changes, where appropriate.
• Evaluates internal procedures and analytical statements to recommend changes to improve the administration and analysis of data in a Littelfuse location.

About You

• Bachelor's or university degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4+ years of related work experience in cost accounting
• Familiarity with manufacturing and manufacturing cost analysis
• Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
• Knowledge in MS Office
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
