Production Supervisor

About The Job

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily/weekly output targets.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and implement quality control procedures.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff performance.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, planning, and supply chain.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives
  
  
  
  

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• 2 to 5 years of work experience in Process Engineering/ Production Engineering/ Production Supervisor
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Six Sigma certification is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in production planning and reporting tools.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule and in a fast-paced working environment.
