1.Speech writing for Top Management

  • Develop compelling and persuasive speeches for members of the top management;
  • Conduct research and gather information to ensure accurate and relevant content;
  • Tailor speeches to suit various audiences and occasions, such as industry conferences, shareholder meetings, and internal town hall sessions

2.Press releases and news articles

  • Write engaging press releases to announce significant company news, product launches, partnerships, and other important developments;
  • Craft informative and captivating news articles for internal and external publications, including newsletters, intranet portals, and industry publications;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate representation of the company’s messaging.

3.Facilitation of Strategic Planning Sessions

  • Assist in organizing and facilitating strategic planning sessions for senior management;
  • Develop and implement frameworks and tools to guide the strategic planning process;
  • Compile and analyze data to support strategic decision-making and provide insights for the development of strategic initiatives

4.Training Facilitation on Marketing and Effective Customer Services

  • Design and deliver training programs for personnel on marketing principles, strategies, and best practices;
  • Conduct interactive training sessions to enhance employees’ understanding of effective customer service techniques and foster a customer-centric culture.

5.Annual Reports

  • Lead the development and writing of the company’s annual report;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, performance metrics, and financial information for inclusion in the report;
  • Craft a compelling narrative that highlights the company’s achievements, milestones, and future goals.

6.State of the Bank Address

  • Lead the drafting of the State of the Bank address, which provides an overview of the bank’s performance, strategic direction, and vision;
  • Work closely with senior executives to gather information and align messaging;
  • Incorporate key achievements, challenges, and future plans to effectively communicate the bank’s position to stakeholders

7.Other Responsibilities:

  • Proofread copy writing from MkD (Marketing Assistant);
  • Draft Manual of Operations (MOOs) and Policies, Guidelines and Procedures (PGPs);
  • Draft letters to clients;
  • Set-up and launch the company newsletter;
  • Spearhead company events and CSR activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media representatives and journalists to facilitate effective media coverage;
  • Provide communication support for crisis management situations, including drafting crisis statements and managing external communication channels;
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, human resources, and customer relations officers (account officers, bank operations manager), to align messaging and ensure consistent communication across various platforms;
  • Other deliverable that will be agreed upon with the Marketing Group Head.
