About the role

Join G-Spot Upholstery as a full-time Branch OIC in our San Fernando Pampanga location. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail upholstery branch, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving growth across key business metrics.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and lead a team of branch staff, providing coaching, training and performance management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Oversee all branch operations, including cash handling, production of operation & customer service transactions
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and the customer experience
• Collaborate with teams to develop and execute business development strategies
• Monitor branch performance against targets
• Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and internal policies

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail branch management role
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Sound understanding of banking operations, products and regulations
• Proven track record of driving sales and meeting business targets
• Proficient in using banking systems and MS Office applications
