Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferably Industrial Engineering.
- Industrial Engineering experience in manufacturing company.
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of working experience.
- Time and Motion knowledge, Analytical Thinking, Detail-Oriented, Knowledge in IE tools and techniques.
- Continuous Improvement Programs.
- Develops and creates reports, checklist, new systems guidelines and operating procedures to have a systematic process flow for each department and Plants.
- Work with Plant Heads and ensure that products meet quality standards, reduce production problems and minimize costs.
- Studies and analyse on how to improve poor performing processes, and studies pertaining to cost control and cost reduction.
- Prepares performance analysis and reports.
- Maintains and analyse report for QC and MC Plants.(Boiler Reports, MRP Updating, DR Tagging and Approval).
- Monitors weekly performance to ensure good operations performance.
- Recommends corrective actions or solutions on problems encountered to eliminate idle and delays.
- Coordinates analysis and recommendations to other department and Plant to provide a smooth and efficient operation.
