We’re looking for a strategic and analytical Corporate Development Analyst to play a key role in shaping our future through mergers, acquisitions, investments, and fundraising. What you will do:
* Strategic Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify M&A, investment, and growth opportunities.
* Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build and maintain complex financial models (DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution) to evaluate potential deals and strategic initiatives.
* Deal Execution: Support end-to-end transaction processes, including due diligence, deal structuring, documentation, and fundraising.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, legal, and business units to align corporate strategy with execution. * Data-Driven Insights: Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
What you need to succeed:
* 4+ years in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or related fields. Fintech experience is a plus.
* Proven track record in M&A, capital raising, financial due diligence, and valuation.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
* Technical Expertise: Advanced Excel proficiency (financial modeling, scenario analysis).
Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations.
Experience with financial databases (Bloomberg, PitchBook, Cap IQ).
* Analytical & Communication: Exceptional quantitative and problem-solving skills.
Ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, compelling insights for stakeholders.
* Soft Skills: Highly detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities.
* Adaptable team player who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
