As our new IT Support Engineer, you will provide reliable onsite support to Crayon employees, ensuring timely technical assistance. You will resolve issues across Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft 365, networking, and peripheral devices, while maintaining a high level of service and user satisfaction. You will work with diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and network problems, managing user accounts and access permissions, and ensuring adherence to IT security protocols.

Key responsibilities will include  

• Basic troubleshooting for local users, Windows and MacOS desktop support, and miscellaneous helpdesk
• Basic network troubleshooting including LAN and Wide Area Network (WAN)
• Deployment of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Managing license and application request based on the set procedures 
• Documenting processes, supporting system improvements, and maintaining consistent communication with users and teams to facilitate smooth IT operations 
  
  

Your Competencies   

• Educational background in IT; graduate of a 2+ year course with a computer-related focus
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Outlook, and troubleshooting/setup of printers, scanners, and other peripherals
• Excellent customer service skills with proven experience in client support and relations
• Genuine passion for IT and continuous learning in the field
