Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communications:
Draft and distribute company-wide announcements, HR memos, and other internal communications
Develop and maintain internal communication channels
Ensure consistent messaging across all internal platforms

Press Release and Award Submissions:
Create engaging press releases and business award entries
Develop marketing collateral to support business objectives
Collaborate with various departments to gather information and craft compelling narratives

Social Media Management:
Create and curate content for company social media platforms related to press, awards and employee engagement activities.
Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly

Corporate Social Responsibility:
Coordinate and support CSR initiatives
Develop communications around CSR activities
Liaise with community partners and internal stakeholders for CSR projects
Collaborate with and support OP360's Business Resource Groups (BRGs) in their initiatives
Align CSR efforts with BRG goals to enhance company-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
Create content highlighting BRG activities and their impact on the company and community
Assist in organizing and promoting BRG events and programs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
3-5 years of experience in corporate communications or related role
Excellent writing and editing skills
Proficiency in various social media platforms and content management systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - must be able to build healthy professional working relationships with the team, stakeholders and external partners
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience with CSR initiatives

Skills:

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
Knowledge in WordPress is a plus
