About the role
The Coordinator - Distribution will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks to ensure smooth operations. This includes processing invoices in SAP, managing the transportation module, handling invoicing and purchase requests, and overseeing import and export customs procedures. Additionally, the role involves coordinating the shipment of materials, ensuring all processes are efficient and compliant with relevant regulations.
What you will be doing
- Works with team to improve efficiency for all logistics transactions in system.
- Communicate with all customers and stakeholders in an efficient and proactive manner.
- Applies best practice for real time invoice processing.
- Supports region to ensure accurate, efficient and timely inventory movements to minimise operational impacts in field.
- Attention to detail and accuracy relating to record keeping for all inventory reconciliation activities.
- Maintain system hygiene relating to all transportation documents.
- Minimize logistics costs, work efficiently with the Philippines SC team, and demonstrate the ability to learn new tasks as they arise.
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required. BS Customs graduate is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork capabilities, is highly organized, and can effectively multitask.
- Customer focused with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Exceptional computer skills with knowledge and experience with SAP or similar systems.
- Customs related work and logistics experience is an advantage.
