As a Coordinator, Billing & Invoicing - Patient Care Services at B. Braun you plays a vital role in overseeing complete invoicing and billing operations for assigned centers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal standards through tasks like transaction processing and SAP data posting. You will also be responsible in contributing to monthly closing, resolves discrepancies via cross-functional collaboration, and supports ongoing improvements in billing and finance processes.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Own the invoicing process for assigned centers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance every step of the way.
  • Monitor daily transactions in the Billing Management System (BMS) and ensure smooth uploads into SAP.
  • Validate billing documents and execute transactions with precision to maintain clean and reliable records.
  • Analyze and correct submission issues, driving improvements in billing quality and consistency.
  • Lead quarterly reconciliations and ensure timely reporting to relevant offices.
  • Champion continuous improvement, collaborating across teams to enhance billing and finance operations.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Finance-savvy foundation with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Tech-ready with basic proficiency in accounting software — SAP experience is a plus!
  • Excel expert with strong skills in formulas, sorting, and filtering for data analysis.
  • Detail-driven problem solver with sharp analytical skills and a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Team player with strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
