Cash Loan Product Senior Manager

The primary role is to be responsible for driving the design, development, and continuous improvement of the Cash Loan product. This role ensures strategic alignment between product features, customer needs, business goals, and operational capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead ideation, scoping, and delivery of new product features, product variants, and process improvements for the Cash Loan product.
• Translate market insights, data analysis, and business objectives into product specifications and user stories.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept to rollout, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across all channels.
• Supervise and coach Product Managers and Specialists to develop strong product capabilities and execution excellence.
• Own and deliver key KPIs including disbursed volume, net receivables, cost of acquisition, yield, and return on equity (ROE).
• Identify opportunities to improve customer conversion, retention, and cross-sell through innovative features or process enhancements.
• Drive test-and-learn initiatives, including pricing tests, segment-focused offers, or digital-first features that unlock new growth levers.
• Ensure end-to-end customer journeys are frictionless and optimized for both offline and digital touchpoints.
• Design business rules, automations, and backend processes that ensure scalability, speed, and customer satisfaction.
  
  

What You Need To Have

• Minimum 5 years working experience in product roles preferably in banks or insurance or financial industries
• Strong product management and development experience preferably from telco or financial services
• Experience in the creation and launch of products and services
• High analytical skills: ability to analyze reports and see gaps for business opportunities
• Strong communications skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and elicit support from other departments
• Handled partnership with retailers and brands will be an advantage
