Empower Yourself Under general supervision, provides direct support to HR Talent Acquisition Team with administrative support for recruitment marketing, sourcing, interview coordination, pre-employment testing, document management, analytics, and reporting.

What you will do
  • Provides support to recruiting staff for sourcing, scheduling, and conducting preliminary interviews. Provides support for special projects and programs as needed by the talent acquisition function. Maintains talent acquisition metrics and reporting.
  • Provides administrative and recruitment marketing support for the Talent Acquisition team. Collaborates with HR team and marketing to post content on social media sites, Glassdoor, LinkedIn and other social networking sites. Executes internal employee campaigns to increase Glassdoor rating. Coordinates and manages content as needed.
  • Schedules interviews and other pre-employment requirements. Assists with invoice processing.
  • Assist with creation and distribution of hiring manager training and resources
  • Assists with coordinating and posting internal communications, including intranet site, Chatter, posters and flyers.
  • Assists with coordination and execution of career events.
  • Other duties as assigned

What you will bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with recruiting, sourcing and/or marketing preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills; ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional group to implement recruiting processes and programs.
  • Proven success in working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Broad knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems preferred.
  • Experience with Workday a plus.
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to work overnight hours as needed
