We are seeking a Controller, who will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and reporting functions of the organization. The role will involve managing accounting processes, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, analyze financial data to support decision-making, and drive initiatives to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide accurate and timely reporting of financial results.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to assess financial performance, identify trends, and evaluate business metrics.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting activities, working closely with department heads and senior management to develop realistic financial plans and targets.
- Monitor budget vs. actual performance, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions to align expenditures with budgetary guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Establish and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets, mitigate financial risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, liaise with auditors, and address audit findings and recommendations in a timely manner.
- Manage cash flow projections, liquidity, and working capital requirements to support daily operations, capital investments, and debt obligations.
- Optimize cash management strategies, including cash pooling, investment of excess funds, and management of banking relationships.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to senior management and key stakeholders to support decision-making, business planning, and strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate potential investments, acquisitions, and divestitures, conducting financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessments to assess viability and potential returns.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
- Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement within the finance function.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- 5 years' experience in financial management, accounting, or controller roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and standards (GAAP), financial reporting requirements, and internal control frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling techniques.
- Experience with ERP systems, financial software applications, and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, integrity, and adherence to deadlines in financial reporting and analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities while meeting business objectives.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
