Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a Contracts Team Lead who will be responsible for overseeing the management, analysis, and renewal of contracts with a focus on implementation of approved costs. This role ensures that renewal terms align with business cost objectives, contracts are accurately setup in internal systems based on executed contracts. This includes translating contracts into operational project parameters such as timelines and billing structures. The Lead coordinates with Finance, Sales, and Implementations to ensure that contracts are executed accordingly and manage a team of Finance Administrators in maintaining accurate contract records, and lead process improvements that will support the team in delivering reports to support strategic decisions.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a Contracts Team Lead who will be responsible for overseeing the management, analysis, and renewal of contracts with a focus on implementation of approved costs. This role ensures that renewal terms align with business cost objectives, contracts are accurately setup in internal systems based on executed contracts. This includes translating contracts into operational project parameters such as timelines and billing structures. The Lead coordinates with Finance, Sales, and Implementations to ensure that contracts are executed accordingly and manage a team of Finance Administrators in maintaining accurate contract records, and lead process improvements that will support the team in delivering reports to support strategic decisions.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Oversee the full contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and renewal to termination
- Lead the end-to-end process of contract renewals including creating renewal lists, reviewing the drafted contracts to ensure compliance with the approved costs, and delivery the reviewed contracts to the clients via DocuSign.
- Maintain an accurate and organized list of all contracts (Contract Register) with relevant information such as yearly costs, billing structures, and timelines
- Track contract renewal dates in preparation for the next renewals. Work with the team and Leaders for price increases options
- Ensure that the contracts are properly executed and set up on the internal systems for operational and financial purposes
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure costs alignment
- Support internal audits related to Contracts team
- Respond promptly and professionally to contract-related email inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders
- Triage and prioritize incoming email requests to ensure timely resolution and appropriate follow-up
- Collaborate with relevant departments to gather information or resolve complex inquiries requiring cross-functional input
- Monitor team mailbox (or shared inbox) to ensure service-level expectations are met and no inquiries are missed
- Manage the cancelation of client features/contract terminations process
- Provide a positive customer-centric experience for contract and billing touchpoints
- With 3 to 5 years’ experience in relevant field
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams with limited guidance
- Experience in products/SaaS would be an advantage
- Positive attitude and collaborative mindset
