Position Overview:

We are seeking qualified contract tutors to join our expanding team. This hybrid position combines in-person instruction at our Cebu location with online sessions serving students across Southeast Asia and globally.

Subjects Needed:

• English Language (Business English, Conversational English, Grammar)

• Mathematics (6th-12th Grade levels)

• Science (Middle & High School curriculum)

• History/Social Studies (Core curriculum)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions (in-person and online)

• Develop customized lesson plans based on student needs

• Maintain detailed progress records and assessments

• Participate in curriculum development initiatives

• Uphold Cerebrum's academic excellence standards

• Collaborate with our educational team for student success

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree minimum in relevant subject area

• Teaching certification (TEFL/TESOL preferred for English positions)

• Proven tutoring/teaching experience with verifiable references

• Technology proficiency for online session delivery

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Commitment to educational excellence

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Education or subject specialty

• Experience with international/multicultural students

• Bilingual capabilities (English + local languages)

• Curriculum development experience
