Qualifications
- Minimum of a 2-year college degree
- English language proficiency; relevant qualifications or certifications preferred
- Ability to work full-time with occasional availability outside normal business hours
- Familiarity with social networks and a strong interest in social media
- Passionate about beauty; interest in related verticals such as fashion, travel, and lifestyle is a plus
- Comfortable reading and navigating foreign language content
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain quality in repetitive tasks
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Committed to the role with the intention to stay for at least one year
- Curate social content (Reels, carousels, etc.) published across social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
- Evaluate content based on the client’s guidelines
- Send permission requests to content creators using approved templates
- Organize approved content into designated folders
- Tag posts using a predefined list of topics and themes
- Match products featured in posts with items from the brand’s product catalog to enable shoppable content
- Support multiple campaigns and product launches across the client’s brand
- Share insights and suggestions with the Customer Success Manager to improve guidelines, content approval rates, and workflow efficiency
