Summary Of Role

On-Off Group is an innovation agency specializing in human-centered design and operates as one of the few organizations in the Philippines capable of bringing these innovation methods to all types of clients, ranging from government agencies to startups and multinational corporations.

In an effort to attract new clients in the Philippines and to expand our reach abroad, we’re looking for creative individuals to join our team. Your job will be to help us attract new business through inbound content marketing, meaning you’ll be responsible for executing marketing strategy through a variety of media, whether it be: video, audio, animation, long-form articles, newsletters or e-learning courses - we want to put the On-Off brand out there for all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Planning: conceptualizing content strategy with the marketing and sales team, drafting outlines and iterating concepts based on internal success metrics
• Content Creation: putting your creative skills to use, you’ll be creating content on a weekly basis and iterating it based on feedback from the team
• Branding strategy: standardizing our branding through all of our outward-facing media, including proposals, workshop decks and website content.
  
  

To Do This Role, You Would Ideally

• Have content creation experience, regardless of medium and type
• Specialize in one or two types of content: audio-visual, graphic, copy-based are all viable
• Have a grasp of how inbound marketing and lead generation works
• Have a baseline understanding of consulting services, agencies, Design Thinking and/or User Experience
  
  

Company Benefits

Competitive salary depending on experience plus benefits (HMO, internet allowance, etc.)

Salary ranges from: PHP 25,000 - 35,000
