About The Role
Email Campaign Management
- Lead the planning, execution, and continuous optimisation of email marketing campaigns tailored to audiences across Australia and New Zealand.
- Own the delivery of localised email campaigns, including journey mapping and audience segmentation to ensure relevance and engagement.
- Proactively manage and maintain clean, accurate, and well-segmented email databases, in line with data privacy best practices.
- Collaborate closely with local stakeholders and global marketing teams to align campaign objectives with wider business priorities, ensuring messaging consistency across regions.
- Use A/B testing methodologies to trial different layouts, subject lines, content approaches, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to continually improve performance.
- Analyse campaign data and report on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, using insights to inform future activity.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and create compelling content that attracts and converts both client and candidate audiences.
- Ensure all copy is search engine optimised (SEO), making use of keyword research provided by the global team.
- Regularly review and update existing blog content to improve performance while also developing new blog pieces in line with current trends and search intent.
- Contribute fresh, platform-appropriate ideas for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook content that supports brand awareness and drives traffic and lead generation opportunities.
- Assist in filming video content within the office, helping capture campaign-aligned creative that is suitable to our social platforms.
- Support the International Career Management team with global marketing campaigns aimed at attracting overseas candidates to work in Australia and New Zealand.
- Help coordinate and implement cross-channel activity, including email marketing, paid digital media, and organic social campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and share insights to improve effectiveness and targeting.
- Support the Marketing Administrator with the coordination and prioritisation of Jira requests across the ANZ region.
- Help complete the tasks sent through from consultants i.e. design briefs, market updates etc.
- Help ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met by managing workflows, responding to queries, and escalating issues where needed.
- Encourage the use of Jira as a central tool for visibility and collaboration across projects and day-to-day requests.
- 3-5 years’ experience executing marketing plans.
- A self-starter, with a genuine like for working both autonomously and as part of a team.
- A positive willingness to be hands on.
- Proficient copywriting skills and strong attention to detail, aligned to the Robert Walters brand guidelines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High level of organisational skills.
- Proven stakeholder management and the ability to build relationships.
- True consultative nature.
- Working alongside 1 team member but have the ability to work away from the rest of the marketing team who are based in different offices around Australia and New Zealand.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in marketing and/or communications
- Previous experience in a multi-faceted business
- Email marketing campaign management experience
- SEO content optimisation
