About This Role:

We are seeking a Content Marketer to develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies and social media marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be driven, creative, and ready to make an impact by contributing to our mission of improving digital wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Email Marketing (70%)
• Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify target audience segments and tailor campaigns to meet their specific needs and interests.
• Craft compelling and persuasive email copy that aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
• Design visually appealing email templates.
• Manage end-to-end email campaigns and email automation, from planning and scheduling to execution and reporting.
• Segment email lists based on demographics, behavior, and other criteria to deliver personalized content.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and improve key metrics.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, and present insights to the marketing team.
• Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
  
  
  
  

• Social Media Marketing (30%)
• Create content for social media channels, including the company and the personal brand of the founder via LinkedIn.
• Design social media graphics and promotional banners for seasonality periods.
• Create ad-hoc content for partners and clients as needed.
• Manage and edit basic videos for Facebook paid media, including promotional banners and updates to CTA or hooks.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Filipino citizen
• Minimum 3-5 years of freelancing experience
• Strong understanding of email marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Omnisend, Mailchimp, HubSpot)
• Experience with email analytics tools and CRM systems
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail

• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana and Stream CRM or HubSpot)
