Position: Loan Processor | Australian Experience

Location: Central Luzon or NCR

Work setup & shift: Remote | Day Shift (3AM to 12NN PHT)

Your Role

As a Loan Processor, you will:

General Administration Support:

• Provide general administration support to the brokers.

Client Liaison:

• Liaise with clients to gather information and documentation needed for their loan application.

Data Management:

• Input data into CRM and lodge ApplyOnline.
• Enter information in various portals and systems.
• Update and maintain CRM and other internal databases.
• Manage email correspondence.

Stakeholder Management:

• Liaise with all stakeholders (clients, lenders, solicitors, accountants, etc.) to process the application to settlement.
• Constantly update clients with the progress of their application.
• Speak with banking representatives (lending) to clarify key details.
• Identify suitable lenders to meet client needs.
• Schedule follow-ups with clients and lending representatives.

Knowledge Management:

• Constantly upgrade policy and product knowledge through ongoing training.

Application Processing:

• Verify supporting documents.
• Check credit file with Fact Find.
• Enter deals into CRM and ApplyOnline.
• Conduct valuations and pricing requests.
• Perform servicing and borrowing capacity assessments.
• Rename documents as needed.
• Prepare loan files and remove TFN.
• Prepare emails for outstanding information/queries.
• Prepare Application Form, NCCP documents, Discharge, FHOG, and any other lender forms.

Application Lodgement:

• Check signed documents.
• Lodge applications through ApplyOnline.
• Upload NCCP to CRM and supporting documents.

Post-Submission:

• Conduct lender follow-ups.
• Update clients on the status of their loan.

Post-Settlement:

• Complete Progress Payment Claim forms.

Non-negotiable requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AU or NZ loan processing.
• Experience in MyCRM software or similar.
• Experience in providing general administration support to brokers.
• Experience in bank or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
