• Create engaging e-learning activities and compelling course content
• Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs
• State instructional end goals and create content that matches them
• Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
• Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
• Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods
• Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
• Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments
• Maintain project documentation and source folder interactive videos, virtual reality training and

• 360 learning experiences, click, and-drag based interactions using Adobe Captivate

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent
• With 1 year BPO experience
• Applicants must be well-versed with creating E-courses and videos in Adobe Captivate and Articulate 360
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
