This position is essential for managing and optimizing the client's content creation workflow and community engagement efforts, while providing crucial executive support. The role will help maintain consistent content delivery across platforms while ensuring high-quality video production, responsive community management, and smooth business operations.
The Impact you’ll make
Video Content Management
- Edit fitness videos for quality and engagement
- Enhance audio and visual elements
- Manage content uploads via Dropbox
- Maintain an organized content library
- Ensure consistent video quality standards
- Create and schedule engaging content
- Manage community engagement
- Handle customer service inquiries
- Monitor social media metrics
- Maintain brand voice across platforms
- Assist with wellness event organization
- Help manage subscription-based platforms
- Coordinate virtual event logistics
- Support community initiatives
- Maintain event-related documentation
- Support overall business operations
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Help manage and organize workflows
- Coordinate schedules when needed
- Maintain business documentation
Required:
- Proven video editing skills
- Social media management experience
- Customer service background
- Event coordination experience
- Content organization abilities
- Executive or administrative support experience
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Work Setup:
