The Content & Channels Specialist is a member of the Employer Brand Team, playing a meaningful role in promoting our EVP #MakeHistory. This position is based in Manila, offering an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with Candidate Attraction team members in Jakarta, Manila, Munich, London, Krakow, and Toronto. You will lead the enhancement, optimization, implementation, and measurement of effective data-driven employer branding activities across our employer brand channels and stay up-to-date with social media trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement channel marketing strategies through Employer Brand channels to drive candidate growth across all existing candidate touchpoints and activities (social, online and offline media , and web)
  • Collaborate with the Employer Brand team and Recruitment Marketing team to develop joint marketing plans, programs, and campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, attraction, and conversion.
  • Provide advice, consultation, and governance on published internal and external content to ensure standardization and brand adherence.
  • Responsible for posting calendars and coordinating content scheduling and publishing across corporate channels through Sprinklr (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube), Glassdoor, and Dsmn8.
  • Engage with agency partners to manage and optimize paid media campaigns on ad platforms such as SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns, programmatic, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with the Content Creative Specialist on creating and optimizing marketing collateral and resources tailored to specific channel needs and performance
  • Monitor and report with the Recruitment Channels Specialist on the effectiveness of channel marketing activities, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Global Comms Social and Community Management teams to inform, advise, and supervise ongoing communications work and areas of opportunity.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to channel marketing and use this knowledge to drive innovation and improve marketing strategies.
  • Research the competitive landscape and audience listening to identify seasonal trends, critical initiatives, standard methodologies, and social innovation.
  • Subject matter expert on optimizing efficient and effective spend of channel marketing budgets, allocating resources to different initiatives and campaigns based on their potential for driving results and ROI.

Specific Qualifications / Skills

  • Process-oriented, meticulous, and able to work on exciting digital projects with multiple touchpoints and integrations.
  • Strong written business English, copywriting, proofreading, and copyediting skills.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of social listening, SEO, SEM, PPC, CRO techniques, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or related fields are preferred.
  • Creative drive and ability to lead, structure, and prioritize multiple projects and complete them promptly.
  • Comfortable in vendor management of internal and external partners and media agencies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation, regularly interacting with managers and team leads.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions through familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Thrives in a collaborative, matrixed global working environment structured work environment where an identified team, individual performance goals, and crucial metrics exist.

Education & Other Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
  • 7+ years of experience spanning advertising, communication, and digital marketing projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
