Role description:
The role aims to enhance Arcadis' engagement with external talent by creating and enhancing talent attraction and employer brand strategies in line with our global employee value proposition. This position is within our Talent Acquisition (TA) team, working closely with a small group of attraction specialists.

Role description:
The role aims to enhance Arcadis' engagement with external talent by creating and enhancing talent attraction and employer brand strategies in line with our global employee value proposition. This position is within our Talent Acquisition (TA) team, working closely with a small group of attraction specialists.
Role accountabilities:
- Technical proficiency across multiple platforms to resolve TA related operational queries relating to platforms such as: LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Eightfold and Oracle ATS.
- Project management of global and regional talent attraction campaigns from briefing discovery, solutioning, implementation, optimization and campaign reporting and ROI.
- Support & manage talent attraction campaigns
- Collaborate with in-house design and content team to drive and deliver key projects.
- Support & manage the build out of careers website, language pages, and additional platform features such as bespoke landing pages, CRM templates and candidate/external audience communications across key platforms: Eightfold & Oracle ATS.
- Employer Brand guidelines familiarity, governance, and compliance. Ability to recognize regional nuances in the talent market to support the development of global material within the regions.
- Awareness of competitor activity, best practice, talent pool CRM engagement and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across all copy/content design and implementation.
- Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Media, Glassdoor, Indeed, Eightfold, and a global Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Oracle is preferred.
- Experience in reporting, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and metrics analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in relationship management.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to execute tasks to a high standard.
- Excellent communication skills
- Liaison with internal and external service providers and stakeholders.
- Degree in Business, Marketing & Communications or related discipline.
- Ideally 3 years’ experience in a multi-national company, preferably in an engineering, technical or professional services organization. RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) or recruitment agency related organization.
- Self-starter, creative and curious yet independent; ability to follow clear instructions and work to tight deadlines across multiple projects.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and manage your diary appropriately fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Microsoft Office Applications
